Shipping and Handling:

Please allow 7-10 business days after order is placed for items to arrive. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

 

Return Policy:

Please inspect all items upon receipt as returns are only accepted for defected items.-Defected items must be reported to Studio40 at customerrelations@sublimebystudio40.com within 24 hours of delivery. –If any of these requirements aren’t met, a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed on original stocked items. Exchange Policy:

Exchanges can be made within 48 hours of delivery, assuming the items are in their original packaging and unused condition for another length or texture or balance will be credited to client account. Defected items can be exchanged for their same item or store credit will be given.-For exchanges, please notify customerrelations@sublimebystudio40.com or call 1-888-470-2767.
